What is Ecstatic Dance? Ecstatic dance is a freeform, meditative movement practice that encourages self-expression, release, and connection through music and dance. It's a space to move freely without judgment, helping you tap into your inner self and flow with the rhythm. This women's-only class is designed to build a supportive community and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

The first Tuesday of every month is our all-ages class!

Cost: $5 per person. Dress comfortably and bring a water bottle! Let’s come together, connect, and dance freely.
