I will explain why we protect ourselves before we begin any healing practices. I will explain the locations on the body we will focus on to allow for healing to begin.
Curanderismo is the study of traditional Mayan Medicine and how we can use it alongside of Reiki. Level II will go more into depth on how to add it to your daily lives.
